Moreover, we strictly maintain the required hardness in HRC and RA value for surface finishing measurement, while the threading is done through precision thread rolling process as per GO/No-GO Gauge, to achieve perfect thread dimensions. In addition to these, grinding sizes are maintained in 8 microns or as per required, chrome plating layer varies from 20 microns to 60 microns or as per requirement.
